Data privacy is of high importance for BAMAR-POL sp. z o.o. (BAMAR-POL Limited Liability Company) – „BAMAR-POL” and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data.
We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. We use the most modern technical means and organizational solutions that ensure a high level of protection of personal data being processed and protect them against unauthorized access. We can only provide the goods and services ordered by you if you provide us with your personal data. We will collect personal data that you submit to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service. BAMAR-POL will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demostrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.
We will use your personal data to send you marketing offers and information surveys through e-mails, phone calls and postal mail.
We will process following categories of personal data – contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal code.
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you agree to direct marketing.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time and also object to direct marketing.
When you do so, BAMAR-POL won’t be able to send you any further direct marketing offers or information based on your consent.
In order to agree to further receiving messages, they asked to send an email saying: „I agree to receive commercial information, by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by me form BAMAR-POL sp. z o.o. in Opole. I agree to the processing of my personal data within the meaning of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) by BAMAR-POL Spółka z o.o. in Opole, ul. Graniczna 2, 45-587 Opole and I declare that giving my personal data is voluntary and that I have been informed about the right to request access to my personal data, change and delete them.”
